I had an amazing stay on vacation. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. I got a villa with a queen bed and the bedroom was as expected. The location of the resort was superb, close to everything.

I loved my room - big and huge with a queen bed. It has beautiful and marvellous location, close enough to all the gorgeous waterfalls.

The hotel is set in a comfy location adjacent to outdoor activities, National and state parks, also and all the gorgeous waterfalls and hikes. Besides, North Georgia mountains is 5 minutes' drive away. The venue has good sized rooms with the sofa bed and the bedroom, as for instance and helpful and friendly staff.

The location here is stunning and great, nestled in the mountains with the added bonus of being just next to Helen and Cleveland, and there are beautiful waterfalls and hikes nearby.

We were delighted with our stay at Country Hideaway. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful views and plenty of outdoor hiking opportunities. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace. The upstairs bedroom and full bathroom were a bonus, providing extra space and convenience. The staff were also fantastic, allowing us to check in early so we could settle in with our 8-month-old baby. We truly had a wonderful experience.

The lack of WiFi in the condos and poor cell service were inconvenient for guests who needed to stay connected.

Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The queen bed provided a restful night's sleep and the fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus. I also had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning. my experience at this hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Helpful staff throughout, always ready to assist. The location is pretty nice and convenient, not too far from the mountains, beautiful waterfalls, and the lake. It's also in the middle of Jackson🌲.
